Overall responsibility
We’re looking for a motivated individual who is looking to join a fast paced team for an exciting opportunity. Ryma is the leader in integrated product management solutions, and if you’re looking to expand your B2B marketing skills, social media marketing, campaign and research skills at a growing company, this job is for you.

The ideal candidate will play a significant role in supporting the Marketing team, through copywriting, creative design, and a wide range of administrative tasks.

 

Key areas of responsibility

  • Create and coordinate new templates, bulletins, brochures, newsletters and other promotional materials
  • Coordinate changes to the design and content of the website, including community pages, blogs, etc.
  • Support execution of tactical marketing plans
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate and maintain social media initiatives
  • Create and manage opt-in email marketing campaigns and online surveys
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to ensure the consistency of our brand, tone, and message 
  • Managing production details for customer interviews and testimonials 
  • Conduct market research
  • Support the marketing team on lead generation, go-to-market and partnership development 
  • Work on other marketing projects as needed

 

Qualifications

Need

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
  • Experience in research, writing, proof-reading, exposure to communications and marketing concepts
  • Strong organizational skills, with superior attention to detail
  • Technology and web savvy
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a business environment, in a formal marketing role (ex: software companies, consulting firms, etc)
  • A team player who can also work independently, with the ability multi-task and who enjoys flexibility in the work environment
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects on tight deadlines
  • Excellent work ethic

Nice to have

  • Experience with B2B high tech marketing
  • Graphic design experience
  • Bilingual (French)

Professional Services 

Title of the position (Open Until June 1st, 2010)
Professional Services Implementation & Training Expert, based in Montreal, Canada

Department
Professional Services Group (PSG)

Reports to
Head of Professional Services

Overall responsibility
Manage, implement, train and coordinate enterprise wide integrated software product management deployments

Key areas of responsibility

  • Own all project management activities, including planning, executing and reviewing of project goals
  • Implement best practice product management processes using Ryma technologies at customer sites
  • Train groups of users on process and technology

Qualifications

Need

  • University degree in Business, Operations, or related field
  • Project Management experience (2+ yrs)
  • Ability to work with a focused deployment team of 5+ members and provide insight and receive direction on project deliverables
  • Strong process background with a desire to implement product management best practices and adapt them into a deployable software solution
  • Strong business background, with an understanding of the ecosystem of large organizations
  • Ability to present and train groups of people (20+) in an interesting and professional manner
  • Ability and willing to travel to the US and Canada for business (passport required) up to ~40% of the time
  • Excellent English written and oral capabilities

Nice to have

  • Consulting experience in large scale deployments in the high tech industry
  • Product Management, Sales Engineering, Strategy or similar experience
  • Experience training customers in product usage and process
  • Some technical and/or service experience in computer related fields (engineering, computer science, etc…)
